Delivery Policy

A) Van Beek’s is not responsible for any damage that may be caused to the client’s property during delivery by any Van Beek’s trucks, vehicles, specialized delivery equipment or personal.

B) The customer understands that heavy trucks and equipment are used and needed to make deliveries, any request or direction given by the owner or owners represented to place delivered materials on the client’s property alleviates Van Beek’s from any responsibility to potential damage.

C) It is the customers and/or customers representative responsibility to provide and install any protection to the customer’s property that may be required for deliveries.

D) Van Beek’s makes best efforts but does not guarantee the exact placement of materials. The requested placement location of materials will be reviewed by the delivery driver. If no customer or customer representative is available to provide Van Beek’s a drop location, Van Beek’s will drop on the driveway or the location the driver sees fit.

E) If a delivery can not be made, the product will be brought back and the customer will be charged an additional delivery fee for the product to be brought back a second time.

F) If the product has been delivered and needs to be picked up, removed, or relocated additional charges may apply.

G) Products that are delivered and refused upon delivery, the customer will not receive a refund for the delivery charge, the product price minus a 25% restocking fee may be refunded.

Van Beek’s is not responsible for your product past the curb.
