Return and Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases made in-store and online. All accepted returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
Due to the nature of the business, not all products can be returned.

A) Products may only be accepted back if the product:

• is in the original packaging;
• is unopened, unused, and undamaged
• is accompanied with the receipt
• is returned within 90 days of purchase
• is clean
• is not damaged
• is not scratched
• is not wet, damp, or appears to have been wet

In the circumstance of product sold in layers or patterns, only full layers or patterns may be returned

B) Products that cannot be returned are as follows:

• All bulk products (bulk products can be disposed of for a fee)
• Sod and other perishable products
• Firewood
• Open Bags
• Bulk Grass Seed
• Brick Edging
• Synthetic turf (once cut to size)
• All Natural Stone
• Special Orders
• Final Sales
• Super Sacs

C) Products that can be returned with a 25% restocking fee if they meet the requirements of section A are as follows:

• Interlock
• Natural square cut products
• Concrete products
• Bags of products
• Tools
• Interlock and landscaping accessories
• Small Bags (25l or less)

D) Skids may be returned and a refund provided if the return is accompanied by a valid receipt. Skid must be intact and undamaged.

E) Customer assumes any and all liability for all property damage which may occur when the delivery vehicles are instructed to pass the municipal curb or property line.
